Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client based in Shepton Mallet, who are looking for several Production Operator to work on a 4 on 4 off basis. This could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Main duties:

• Operating machines that packages products
• Operating machine line speed for quality control purposes
• Weigh and measure products to required specifications
• Completion of production paperwork
• Perform check of the machinery and equipment
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Remove finished products, whilst removing any rejected items

About you:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production
• Good attention to details
• Self-motivation with ability to work well within the team
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Being able to work to deadline
• Reliable

Shift:

• 4 on 4 off - 2 days #removed#, 2 nights #removed#, 4 days off

Pay rate:

• £12.55 per hour
