Parts Advisor - Thatcham
Salary - £26,000
9 Month FTC With Potential to Extend

Job Description:

We're looking for someone to join our clients newly refurbished Parts Department at their HQ in Thatcham. This role is a 9 month maternity cover position with the possibility of it becoming permanent as the company continues to grow.

What you'll be doing:

* Helping the Parts Team support our customers and engineers.

* Speak with customers to get approval for repair quotes.

* Work with suppliers to get the best prices on parts.

* Identify parts needed for various forklifts.

* Keep things organised in a fast-paced environment.

* Plan and manage your own workload.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in parts, preferably in forklift, plant, or equipment hire industries (but not essential).

* Good communication skills.

* Comfortable using Microsoft and other data systems.

* Organised and able to manage time well.

* Proactive and reliable and able to work independently.

Working hours:

* Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)

* Friday: 8am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch)

* Immediate start, all training provided.
