HLTA / ECT - Primary School - BL3

This is a great opportunity for either:

• a confident HLTA looking for a long-term role with responsibility, or

• an ECT seeking valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting and/or leading learning within the classroom

• Delivering pre-planned lessons where required

• Working with individuals and small groups to raise attainment

• Supporting classroom behaviour and routines

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or QTS (ECTs welcome to apply)

• Experience within a primary school setting

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
