Salary: £35-42,000

We're working with a well-established architectural practice in Portsmouth that is looking to welcome a skilled and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to its friendly team. Key Requirements:
* Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Proven post-qualification experience within UK architectural practice
* Proficient in Revit (essential)
* Strong technical knowledge of RIBA work stages and building regulations
* Experience delivering projects in the education, commercial, or mixed-use sectors
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Full clean driving licence
* Based in or near Portsmouth

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality technical drawings and details for planning, Building Regulations, and construction
* Provide strong technical input throughout project stages with a focus on sustainability principles
* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, planning policies, and best practice standards
* Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, deadlines, and budgets
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to project success
