The Vehicle Warranty Administrator position is based in Brighouse and offers a permanent contract with a salary of £30,000 DOE. The role operates Monday to Friday, standard days and includes 28 days of holiday.

A Commercial Vehicle Dealership is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their team full-time at their Brighouse depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team within an industry-leading automotive group.

Key Duties of the Vehicle Warranty Administrator :

Submit accurate warranty and claims in line with manufacturer standards
Ensure policies and procedures are applied correctly to maximise customer satisfaction
Monitor warranty reports to ensure accuracy and cost-efficiency
Maintain industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
Ensure full compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines

Candidates with a technical background - particularly in service, warranty, or parts - will be especially well suited to this role. An understanding of commercial vehicle components and how parts integrate into warranty claims is a key advantage. Previous experience in a Parts Department or strong knowledge of vehicle parts will directly benefit the accuracy and efficiency of warranty processing in this position.

Requirements for the Vehicle Warranty Administrator:

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential
Technical or commercial vehicle background strongly preferred
Parts experience or a good working knowledge of vehicle parts is highly beneficial
Experience using Kerridge or another CRM system
Strong computer literacy and confident communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and high organisational ability
Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
Skilled in building strong professional relationships with manufacturers and internal teams
