In your role you will:

- Be a positive role model, providing guidance and support to the team
- Help to ensure the delivery of high-quality, nurturing care
- Help to ensure the home is meeting Ofsted Quality standards
- Promote a culture where children's voices are central to all decision making
- Promote a home environment that supports study, learning and personal growth
- Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager by providing visible, confident and accountable leadership of the home
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience working with children, young people and families
- Strong understanding of contextual safeguarding
- Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- Flexibility with regards to the rota and the changing needs of the children and young people
- A relevant qualification in Residential Childcare and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own transport
No two days are the same, and the work you will do is truly going to make a difference. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children- providing stability, care, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.
