Our Hotel client in the heart of Cardiff are a seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

As Sales Manager you will expand their local presence, increase their global reach, and support the wider business growth plans.

What you'll be doing:

Lead efforts to grow local and project-based corporate business, while strengthening relationships with major travel agents and key partners.
Nurture existing accounts and focus on securing new business through planned, coordinated sales activity.
Responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the entire sales function - including sales calls, research, appointment scheduling, client familiarisation visits, and contract negotiation.
Help maximise all sales opportunities and ensure a high conversion of enquiries.What We're Looking For

Previous experience developing and executing successful sales strategies
Confident, inspiring leader with a proven background in B2B hospitality sales
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to develop strategic plans and deliver against targets
A full driving licence, as travel is required in this role
