Position: Service Manager
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £23,000 per Annum + Excellent Holidays and Benefits

Our client is one of the UK'S leading care providers offering support for people with complex needs, some of which include Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behavior. This company is renowned for encouraging independence and are creative in their approach to working with clients and enriching the lives of all they support. They are a leading charity and invest into their services to ensure that outstanding care is provided.

My client is looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to ensure that outstanding and person centered care is provided at all times. You will be a positive role model in everything you do, and provide coaching your staff team and inspiring a proactive culture across the services. You will identify areas for improvement and provide on-going support for managers.
The successful Service Manager will have senior management experience of Learning Disabilities Services / Physical Disabilities Services / Mental Health Services or Acquired Brain Injury services. In addition the successful Deputy Service Manager will have experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health needs.

You will be a talented existing deputy service manager, a team leader or senior within a similar service or be an existing Service Manager. The service provides bespoke residential accommodation for a small number of adults and young people. This service has a wonderful reputation in the area.

Role and Requirements of the Deputy Service Manager:
• NVQ Level 3 / NVQ Level 5 (Or working towards).
• Experience of managing small teams of people.
• Experience of carrying out assessments.
• Ability to write assessments, care plans and reports to a high standard.
• Self-Motivated.
• Extensive experience within managing LD /MH Services.
• Excellent communication skills.
