What you'll be doing

* Conducting predominantly Type 1 & Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments and assessments on commercial and industrial properties.

* Producing high-quality reports using cloud-based platforms.

* Advising clients on corrective actions and building long-term relationships.

* Managing your own diary to balance independence with team collaboration.

* Staying up to date with legislation, CPD and best practice.

What you'll need

* Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments (or H&S role with fire risk responsibilities).

* A Level 3 Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent) as a minimum - additional fire qualifications (e.g. fire doors, fire stopping) are desirable.

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

* A passion for professional growth and delivering best practice in fire safety.
