An exceptional opportunity to support one of the UK's foremost CEOs within his private Family Office. This is a high-trust, 1:1 role supporting a successful entrepreneur across both business and private matters, requiring a highly organised and commercially aware EA/PA who thrives at UHNW founder level.

The role sits close to the Principal and includes elements of venture support, making it ideal for someone career-driven who enjoys working alongside an ambitious and fast-moving leader.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a complex, fast-paced diary - always planning ahead and keeping priorities clear

  • Concierge-style travel coordination (private jet, commercial flights, luxury hotels, full itineraries)

  • Drafting correspondence, preparing briefing notes and managing communications

  • Liaising confidently with lawyers, accountants, advisers and UHNW stakeholders

  • Supporting venture and business activity through meeting coordination and organisation of materials

  • Providing discreet personal support where required

AI & technology

A genuine interest in AI is important. You will be comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to draft, summarise, research and streamline workflows while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Experience required

  • 5+ years supporting a UHNW CEO, founder or Principal in both business and private capacities (essential)

  • Outstanding diary and travel management skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail

  • Highly organised, discreet and confident working with senior stakeholders

  • Tech-savvy with a practical interest in AI tools

You are calm, proactive and solutions-driven, with the judgement and confidence to operate at CEO level. A sense of humour, flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule are essential.
