Chef de Partie (CDP) Wanted – Police Site (Vetting Required) 🚨

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) looking for a unique opportunity in a secure environment? We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDP to join our team at a police site, where security and professionalism are paramount. Vetting is required for this role, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Vetting is a mandatory requirement for this role. Applicants must undergo and pass the necessary security checks before starting work. Vetting normally takes 8 to 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu specifications

· Assist with menu planning and food preparation while ensuring consistency and presentation

· Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety regulations

· Manage stock levels, monitor waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service demands

Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

✔️ Ability to work in a high-security environment (police site)

✔️ Eligibility for vetting – candidates must pass background checks

✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

✔️ Excellent teamwork and communication skills

✔️ Food hygiene and safety qualifications (Level 2 or above preferred)
