An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading service provider who supply services into the manufacturing, hospitality and medical industries for a HR and Payroll Advisor at its growing Coleshill facility.

THE ROLE

The role of the HR and Payroll Advisior is to lead the entire employee lifecycle processes & procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, and offboarding. This role will also provide expert HR advice, coaching and guidance to line managers to support best practice people management aligned to business strategy. Other responsibilities include:

* Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, ensuring all HR activities are implemented consistently and effectively.

* Contribute to business planning and transformation projects by providing robust people insights and project leadership.

* Coordinate and oversee the development of training programs, including the administration of learning transfer sheets to assess program effectiveness.

* Act as the system administrator for the company's time management software, ensuring all users are correctly set up and that data is accurately tracked.

* Manage the disciplinary process, ensuring fair treatment, consistency, and adherence to company policies.

* Champion the business's commitment to health, safety, and well-being.

* Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll cycle, handling monthly payroll efficiently and accurately.

* Manage the payroll database, ensuring updates for new starters, leavers, and employee changes are reflected promptly.

THE PERSON

In order to succeed in the role of HR and Payroll Advisor you will ideally have a strong educational qualification along with a CIPD qualification ideally to level 5. Along with a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience of managing payroll.This is a fast moving, growing environment so you will need to be adaptable and have the desire to drive and implement change.
