A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will support children with Autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside skilled teachers and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver tailored support, assist with personalised learning plans, and engage pupils in creative, accessible, and meaningful learning opportunities. Whether working 1:1 or with small groups, your role will be vital in helping each child make academic, social, and emotional progress.

Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
