I am helping my client in the Nottinghamshire region recruit for 2 Voids Surveyors.

Candidates most ideal for the role will have experience across social housing within housing association as and local authorities.

Responsibilities

The role will require surveyors to Spec up void properties, schedule the works together, deal with external contractors and ultimately deliver the void.
Carry out detailed pre and post inspections and ensure they are completed to a high standard
Ensure that all work is carried out within budgets and more importantly time framesRequirements

Experience with void properties, Key to Key procedures
Be able to hit the ground runningPackage

3 month contract, rolling every 3 months
Negotiable rate DOE
