We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied, high‑quality caseload while working with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, property developers, and landowners.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

* Acquisitions and disposals

* Drafting and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants

* Deeds of Grant

* Deeds of Variation

* Deeds of Assignment

* Overage Agreements

* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documents

* Providing clear, practical advice to clients

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Supporting business development and contributing to team growth

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

* A Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

* Experienced in commercial property matters with strong technical knowledge

* Commercially aware with excellent communication skills

* Client‑focused with a proactive, team-oriented approach
