CNC Programmer - Offline

* £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

* 35 hours a week

We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a CNC Programmer due to an increase in their order book

The Job

* 3 x CNC Routers/Machining Centres (3-Axis) using Alphacam and Woodwop (offline programming)

* Converting 2D CAD drawings into CNC output using CAM software currently using Alphacam and Woodwop

* Manage and prioritise panel production across departments

* Ensure accurate and efficient use of CNC machines

* Interpret and understand engineering drawings

* Check and verify own work for quality and precision

* Learn and support project coordination tasks as needed

About you

* Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC programming

* Working knowledge of 2D CAD

* Experience using Alphacam or Mastacam desirable

* Proficient user of CAM software

* Ability to interpret engineering drawings

* Strong communication and mathematical skills

* Understanding of material properties

* High attention to detail and accuracy
