Are you a passionate Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in the Building Services industry? We are looking for someone who thrives across all RIBA Stages 1-7, from concept design right through to project delivery - including attending site when required.

You will be working on healthcare projects primarily, but also across education, residential, and commercial sectors, offering you a variety of technical challenges and opportunities for growth.

What You will Be Doing:

* Leading mechanical design across multiple sectors

* Taking full project ownership from concept through to completion

* Creating and reviewing detailed design work

* Attending client and site meetings as needed

* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the business

What We are Looking For:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design engineering (building services)

* Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 1-7

* Confident in running your own projects

* Comfortable attending site visits and managing delivery

* Ideally based near Manchester, with flexibility for hybrid working
