Must Have's

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong academic background, ideally with good grades (A*-C/9-4) in GCSE Maths and English, and/or A-Levels or a degree.

* Ability to analyse information and problem solve

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance sector

Nice to have's

* Understanding of the general principles of insurance

* Positive, proactive attitude

* Previous experience working with data or administration (even informal experience)

So what will you be doing?

* Creating documentation and gathering key information from files

* Accurately entering, amending, and updating data on relevant systems

* Responding to client and internal inquiries professionally

* Reconciling and allocating payments to the correct records

* Preparing reports and processing insurance premiums

* Quality checking documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
