Internal Sales/Account Manager
Wolverhampton (On-site)
Permanent - Full Time, 37.5 hours
Salary: £28,000 + Bonuses
 
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join a leading business in Wolverhampton. As part of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Duties:

Proactively engage with existing customers through outbound calls
Prepare and deliver tailored quotations across a diverse product range
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication
Identify client needs and convert both new and existing leads into successful sales
Drive business growth by executing targeted campaigns to generate new opportunities 
Experience:

Proven experience in a Sales, Account Management or related role
Excellent communication skills to confidently build relationships
Experience in the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
Confident in using IT systems and using a CRM
