We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary SEN School in Farnworth, Bolton with an immediate start available.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Support children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning needs.

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions.

Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.

Monitor and record pupil progress where required.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.

Experience supporting pupils with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition).

A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
