Corporate Tax Senior

Reed Practice are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior. This hybrid role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in corporate taxation, working closely with experienced managers and the wider tax team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, identifying tax risks and issues.
• Assist in preparing clearance letters for group structures, reorganisations, and demergers.
• Prepare UK corporation tax returns and computations.
• Provide support on corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Work closely with the Manager on advisory and compliance engagements.
• Assist with drafting tax analysis and transaction support notes.
• Liaise with HMRC on corporation tax matters and queries.
• Offer clients practical, clear, and commercially focused tax advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/ATT qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/tax for companies.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
