Quantity Surveyor Opportunity - Join a Leading Construction Team working within the Social Housing Sector

Logical Personnel Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team delivering high-quality construction projects.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial and financial management of projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in maximising profitability, managing contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

* Oversee contract administration, including variations and negotiations

* Lead procurement and tendering processes

* Carry out valuations, payments, and final accounts

* Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks

* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards

* Support and mentor junior team members

What We're Looking For

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

* Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract law

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Desirable:

* RICS or CIOB membership

* Experience in refurbishment or maintenance projects

* Knowledge of BIM
