An exciting Financial Services Firm, with growing market share and recognised for their salience in the market despite the current climate, are looking to onboard a CRM Executive into a new role based in London.
You'll be joining a fast paced, revenue-driven environment, working closely with the rest of the CRM team to deliver pioneering customer journeys and broader company growth. You'll be working proactively in a new role that is remotely based with a good amount of autonomy, to continually optimise the CRM function and grow brand visibility.
CRM Executive - Essential Experience:
- A strong aptitude using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a confidence to optimise the tool to harbour new growth channels.
- Previous experience within the Financial Services or FinTech space, or a role motivated by revenue growth.
- A good history of creating customer journeys and collaborating with broader CRM teams to impact successful campaigns.
- An ability to be both hands on and adaptable in a new role, eager to work collaboratively whilst remotely based.
The company values a detailed knowledge of the CRM function, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and champions a technically focussed, driven marketer. An individual that is eager to make impact upon hire, in a role with a good level of autonomy, would be an excellent fit for this role.
In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 with a commission based incentive scheme and ongoing progression opportunities. The interview process with consist of a preliminary 30 minute call and a second stage task based interview before offer stage.
