A rapidly expanding global business services organisation is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager (Management Accounts) to join its dynamic Accounting Operations team. Operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, this role is perfect for a qualified accountant who thrives on problem-solving, driving improvements, and influencing senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Lead month-end processes across multiple entities
• Prepare journals, analysis and insightful commentary
• Drive process improvement, simplification & automation
• Deliver robust balance sheet reconciliations & internal controls
• Ensure compliance with SOx, US GAAP, IFRS & audit requirements
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance & operations

What you'll bring

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS
• Experience in large, complex corporate environments
• Advanced Excel & financial systems skills (Oracle, Hyperion/HFM)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capability
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
