Drive Technology Adoption
- Lead initiatives that increase managers' capability and confidence with digital tools and modern ways of working.
- Identify barriers and embed productive digital habits that enhance collaboration and service quality.
Create High-Quality Learning Resources
- Develop clear, accessible toolkits, guides and reference materials to support managers in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Build a comprehensive, easy-to-maintain resource library for ongoing organisational use.
Partnership Working
- Collaborate with HRBPs, ER specialists, operational leaders and the HR Systems Manager to ensure alignment with people risks, capability needs and system functionality.
- Influence leaders to reinforce expectations and embed a culture of continuous learning.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor feedback, data trends and organisational outcomes to refine the programme.
- Recommend improvements to training, policy and processes to ensure long-term relevance and impact.
Supporting Change Adoption & Communication
- Equip managers to confidently adopt new systems, processes and policies during periods of organisational change.
- Develop clear, consistent communications to support smooth, confidence-building transitions.
