Senior Architect

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000

A forward-thinking, design-led architectural studio based in Altrincham is seeking a Senior Architect to join its growing team. Your role:

• Take charge of the design and delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects from concept to completion

• Oversee the production of planning, tender, and construction packages using ArchiCAD

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors across all project phases

• Represent the studio in client meetings and on-site, ensuring design quality and clarity of communication

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture

Requirements:

• ARB-registered architect with substantial post-Part III experience in senior or job-running roles

• Strong design leadership with proven technical ability and meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and experience delivering projects in the UK

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead coordination efforts

• Deep understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations
