Description

Develop and implement training programmes aligned with organisational goals.
Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Manage the learning management system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
Provide advice on professional development opportunities for staff.
Support the creation of career pathways and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure all training materials comply with organisational policies and standards.Profile

A successful L&D Advisor should have:

Previous experience in learning and development roles, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programmes.
Strong knowledge of learning management systems and training evaluation methods.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing learning needs.
