Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Day Shifts

 The home provides dementia, palliative, and respite care and holds a Good CQC rating. As a nurse you will be involved in assessments, medication, and care planning. 

Before You Apply

• Recent experience working as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home is required.
• Applicants must hold active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Tier 2 sponsorship IS NOT available for this role.

• Pay rate: £21.40 per hour
• Hours: 36 Hours per week, day shifts
• Shift Times: 8:00-8:00

What You’ll Need

• Active NMC registration as RGN or RMN
• Experience working in a nursing home
• Confidence managing day-to-day clinical responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, and care planning

• Familiarity with electronic care planning systems

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, consistent nursing care during day shifts
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans
• Administer medication and treatments in line with policies
• Monitor residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain clear documentation and shift handovers
• Work closely with care staff and senior clinicians
