About the Opportunity

Our partner is seeking a technician with hands-on expertise in habitation work, repairs, and general maintenance of leisure vehicles.
The Role
As a Motorhome & Caravan Habitation Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out interior and exterior repairs and refurbishment
- Completing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
- Fault-finding and resolving issues across gas, water, heating, 12v and mains systems
- Performing damp testing and associated rectification work
- Installing accessories such as awnings, solar panels, levelling systems, and upgrades
- Working with materials such as wood, GRP, plastics, aluminium and composite panels
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days feel the same—and every job completed plays a part in a customer’s next great adventure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in motorhome or caravan habitation work
- NCC qualifications, or currently working toward them
- Competence in carpentry, light plumbing and electrical tasks (12v and mains)
- Ability to conduct gas testing safely (with appropriate training/qualifications)
- Strong practical skillset and the ability to work both independently and within a team
Training & Progression
- Ongoing technical development
- Training aligned with NCC industry standards
- Skill-building across electrical systems, gas safety, diagnostics, and accessory fitting
