Secondary School Teaching Assistant - Wirral

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within secondary schools across the Wirral. The Role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students with additional learning needs where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and student development
