We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Repair Technician to join our team, specialising in the repair of Samsung consumer and business devices.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete 6-8 device repairs per day across multiple product categories while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

This is a team-focused role requiring strong collaboration skills to ensure priority repairs are completed within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Repair 6-8 Samsung devices per day, across:

Mobiles

Tablets

UB Repairs

Wearables

Hearables

Laptops

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues to prioritise urgent or business-critical repairs.

Complete Samsung's required training courses via the Samsung Business Academy.

*

Utilise Samsung's Knowledge Portal (SKP) to support learning and development.

*

Follow company procedures to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.

Maintain a clean and organised workstation.

Training & Development

Full training support will be provided, including guidance from a team of accredited engineers. Candidates must be willing and able to successfully complete Samsung certification modules.

Qualifications & Requirements
