Job title: Senior Development Planner

As a Senior Development Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll work closely with colleagues across planning, design, engineering, and environmental disciplines, helping to shape sustainable development strategies from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing planning applications and development projects
Providing strategic planning advice to clients across both public and private sectors
Preparing planning statements, site appraisals, and policy reviews
Engaging with stakeholders, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development

About You

MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
Strong experience in development planning (consultancy or client-side)
Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships
Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy and regulatory frameworks
Strong communication and report-writing skills
A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for sustainable development
