Role Overview:

This is a senior-level conveyancing position suitable for someone with at least 5 years of experience managing residential sale and purchase matters. You will take the lead on complex transactions while also playing a supportive, mentoring role to more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Conduct title checks, respond to legal enquiries and prepare reports for purchasers
  • Handle more complex matters such as deeds of variation, lease extensions and developer-led schemes
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior conveyancers within the team
  • Maintain excellent standards of client care and legal compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience handling residential sale and purchase matters
  • Confident handling leasehold and new build transactions
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to resolve complex conveyancing issues
  • A proactive, organised approach with a collaborative mindset
