We're a growing manufacturing business looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operative to join our team.

As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be an integral part of our production process, primarily working with cutting machines. We're also excited to be embarking on a new project involving plastics, offering you the chance to expand your skills and contribute to innovative developments.

Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring cutting machines to produce components according to specifications.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of manufactured products.
Assisting with the setup and calibration of machinery.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Contributing to the successful implementation of new projects, particularly those involving plastics.What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
