Service Engineer - Permanent - Kent

Position 1 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a well-established, family-run manufacturing company. With over 50 years of success, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated and thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, repair and maintain the machinery at customers premises

* Installing and commissioning equipment

* Confident dealing with set up issues, both mechanical and electrical

* Able to identify issues and raise this to the relevant person

* Build and service machinery

* Take part in the emergency call out rota (1 in 5 weekends)

Qualifications:

* Recognised engineering qualification (Mechanical and/or Electrical)

Position Details:

* Permanent, full-time role / 37 hours per week

* Overtime available: 1.5x pay after 37 hours, and 2x pay on Sundays

* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

* Participation in staff events

* Company van and fuel provided for business mileage

* Daily expenses allowance
