Salary: £120 - £170/day

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Walsall that is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year (July 2026).

The School:

This specialist school caters to pupils with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, and associated behavioural and communication difficulties. The school prides itself on its nurturing environment, strong team ethos, and commitment to providing every child with a personalised and engaging learning experience.

The Role:

* Full-time SEN Teacher

* Delivering a broad, balanced and tailored curriculum to meet the individual needs of students

* Creating a safe, stimulating and supportive classroom environment

* Working collaboratively with experienced support staff, therapists, and external agencies

Requirements:

* Preferred but not essential Qualified Teacher Status

* Experience teaching students with SEN (either in mainstream or specialist settings)

* Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and behaviour management strategies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A commitment to inclusive education and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting.
