This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a supportive team and work on a varied caseload of property transactions.

The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters efficiently and cost-effectively
• Handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Process matters in a timely and commercially focused manner
• Meet agreed fee income targets and demonstrate commercial awareness
• Support and assist in the development of assistants and paralegals
• Handle client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by telephone
• Use web-based case management systems effectively
• Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer
• Has a proven track record as a Residential Property Fee Earner
• Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills
• Is IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems
• Is commercially astute and understands the impact of business targets
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is proactive, reliable and able to work effectively within a team
