Project Coordinator - Fleet / Rail Sector
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote after probation)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects alongside the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution from planning to completion

Handle client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries

Schedule and book jobs onto the system, maintaining accurate records and workflow organisation

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in fleet livery, vehicle wrapping, or rail graphic installations is advantageous

Solid understanding of installation and production processes within vehicle or rail graphics

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
