We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious City of London skyscraper, just a short walk from Fenchurch Street. Working on a continental shift rota, you'll be responsible for maintaining critical building services across a high-profile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building systems

* Fault finding and repairs on fan coil units (FCUs), TMVs, lighting systems, pumps, AHUs and general HVAC plant

* Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting (depending on skill bias)

* Ensuring building compliance, safe systems of work and high engineering standards

* Supporting BMS operation and responding to alarms

* Working closely with the on-site engineering team to maintain a world-class facility

Skills & Experience

* Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

* Strong experience with fan coil units, TMVs, lighting, and general building services equipment

* Confident working autonomously on a shift basis

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Proven background in commercial building maintenance - preferably high-rise or critical sites
