Instructs, directs and reviews the work of other business systems analysts Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance Estimates and develops technical project plans for medium to high complexity projects; leads cross-functional team through delivery Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are met Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations and other materials) for knowledge transfer to executives Executes medium to high complexity configuration requests, oversees configuration requests for a solution, and understands implications of configuration options on other modules Creates high complexity functional designs and low-medium complexity solution designs using a disciplined application implementation methodology

Writes regression test scripts; coordinates and leads testing activities for projects Provides training and documentation for users on end-to-end system functionality; partners with end users to document existing business and IT processes and make recommendations for improvement; translates results into systems requirements Assists project managers in defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements; guide junior analysts in business requirements documentation; evaluate and articulate technical requirements and identify impact, risks, and benefits of alternative solutions

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
  • Knowledge of Online Web applications, Consolidations, Complex online application integrations, market analysis, competitive analysis , user research and Analytics.
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results Strong interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup

Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
