You will be taking the role of a Care Assistant. This would include assisting the residents with their personal care, dressing, feeding and hoisting in the home alongside encouraging them with their independence.

The Role:

Building and engaging a rapport with the residents
Working flexibly with the residents
Completing daily notes and reporting any incidents that may occur on shift
Assisting the residents with any needs they may have
Always maintaining professional boundaries with the residents
