As an apprentice, you will work closely with our Production Planning Specialists and Sales team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while pursuing a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating production and dispatch through managing daily sales orders

- Creating warehouse shipments and picks for customer orders

- Identifying and addressing stock issues during the warehouse pick process

- Monitoring sales order lead times to prevent potential delays

- Updating inventory and closing out production orders in the system

- Supporting the team with various production planning tasks

We are looking for individuals with:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook

- Education up to AS Level or equivalent

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Motivation, teamwork, and a willingness to learn

- A proactive mindset and a passion for building a successful career in operations
