HR Advisor
Part-time (25 hours) | Office-based with travel across local sites
Salary: £21,480.41 per annum, for 25 hours per week

What you’ll be doing
- Providing practical HR advice to managers, using up-to-date UK employment law
- Leading on a range of employee relations cases (attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance)
- Supporting managers through formal meetings and coaching them to strengthen their people skills
- Managing key parts of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HR system updates
- Analysing HR data and producing meaningful reports
- Getting involved in HR projects, organisational change and development initiatives
- Supporting recruitment checks and onboarding through an ATS
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in an HR environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident handling ER cases independently
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems
Desirable but not essential
- Experience with HRIS or ATS
- HR-related qualifications
