Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
Salary: £450 to £550 per week
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH and SEND needs.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and behaviour strategies.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Help students develop resilience, confidence, and social skills.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or in a SEND/SEMH support role (desirable).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential.
