FoxPro Developer- 6 months initially - Inside IR35 - Fully remote

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced FoxPro Developer to join a leading UK organisation on an initial six-month on-site contract. You'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of critical FoxPro applications, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong skills in FoxPro, databases, and Git, with a focus on performance, reliability, and high-quality code delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using FoxPro.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing FoxPro applications in production environments.
• Work hands-on with databases and DBMS to ensure robust data handling and storage within applications.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code while adhering to performance and security best practices.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting FoxPro-based applications.
• Solid knowledge and practical use of Git and version control workflows.
• Strong understanding of data structures and their application in real-world programming.
• Proven capability in diagnosing and resolving software bugs and system issues efficiently.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)
• Day Rate: Up to £400 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Fully Remote
