Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of New Product Introduction projects. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project execution across quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) parameters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to be a key part of cross-functional teams, working closely with both internal departments and international stakeholders.

As an NPI Engineer, you'll support the Senior NPI Lead and Head of NPI to drive multiple projects from concept to delivery. You will ensure robust communication with internal and external partners, manage risk, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Your responsibilities as a Project Engineer will include:

* Leading cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.

* Supporting the launch and delivery of new products into production.

* Managing project documentation and coordinating project activities.

* Working closely with overseas head office and local internal teams.

* Handling design change projects pre- and post-SOP.

* Liaising with suppliers and customers as required.

Skills & Experience:

To succeed as a Project Engineer, you should bring:

* A proven background in project engineering or project management.

* Experience leading or supporting projects from concept to launch.

* Automotive, plastics or high-volume manufacturing experience.

* Experience of RFQ's and costing.

A technical or engineering background is preferred, but not essential.
