Fantastic opportunity to join an Ofsted rated good Training Provider as their new Business Admin Assessor. This is a brand-new role delivering Level 3 apprenticeships in Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin. As an organisation, our client offers a wide range of Training courses including Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Commercial courses.

This is a home based role with infrequent travel, however due to the location of Learners we are looking for a Tutor Assessor based in the North West or Midlands.

Do you want to join a well-established Prime contract holder that has achieved successful organic growth? We are looking for a Business Admin Assessor who can deliver the full apprenticeship standards. The aim is to inspire, educate and assist learners to succeed in their chosen career. The Assessor will support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required elements within the apprenticeship.

Role responsibilities of the Business Admin Assessor:

Supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship in either Team Leading, Customer Service or Business Admin

Ensuring learners remain on programme by regularly checking in, setting SMART targets and carrying out progress reviews

Supporting learners with the EPA and 20% off the job training

Embedding functional skills throughout the qualification

Working to overcome any barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learner's needs

Providing the required level of support for each Apprentice to enable timely successful completions

Promoting Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety to learners at all times

Ensuring learner files are fully compliant and up to date

Be responsible for completing and maintaining appropriate internal and external quality standards

Skills and experience:

Qualified Tutor / Assessor (any of the following (CAVA, A1, PTLLS, EAT)

Relevant Level 3 qualifications in the vocational area

Relevant occupational competency

Previous delivery and supporting learners in the run up to the End Point Assessment (EPA)

Up to date knowledge of all relevant changes within the Training & Education sector - funding / qualifications / eligibility

Strong communicator, able to effectively manage a caseload of apprentices and demonstrate good time management skills
