A thriving finance business based in Northampton is expanding their high-performing team and seeking a confident and experienced Inbound Sales Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a generous commission structure, strong team culture and clear progression opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Qualifying warm inbound leads and understanding client finance needs
• Contacting businesses to discuss tailored funding solutions
• Carrying out outbound calls to generate new opportunities
• Attending and leading face-to-face meetings, trade events and networking sessions
• Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPIs
• Building and maintaining a strong, consistent pipeline
• Delivering excellent post-sale service to retain clients and identify cross-sell opportunities

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years' sales experience
• Confident communicator - written and verbal
• Customer-centric mindset with a consultative approach
• Highly organised, self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Full UK driving licence
