Your Role

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN

*

Assist with the delivery of engaging and accessible lessons inside and outside the classroom

*

Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs and learning styles

*

Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in learning

*

Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support

About You

*

A graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all subject backgrounds welcome)

*

Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential

*

Empathetic, patient, and motivated to help young people succeed

*

A confident communicator and team player, open to learning and development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
