Outskirts of Redhill (Hybrid - 3 days in, 2 from home)
Up to £36,000 basic + commission
Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:30

Looking for an Account Management role where you can focus on building relationships and adding real value?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team in lovely offices just outside Redhill. It's a true account management role - centred around partnership, support and long-term client relationships to deliver a first class service and maximise revenue opportunities.

The role:
You'll manage a portfolio of business clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they get the most from the service. It's varied, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive contact
Manage incoming queries from start to resolution
Support onboarding, including data preparation and training
Work with marketing to implement tailored activity plans
Coordinate larger projects across multiple internal teams
Provide reporting and insights to support client performanceWhat we're looking for:

Around 2+ years in account management or a customer-facing role
Experience within a SaaS or tech-led environment would be beneficial
Commercial awareness and an understanding of business objectives
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
Confident with Excel and working with data
Highly organised, able to manage multiple prioritiesThe culture:
